To reach the State Fair park and ride lot from the east, motorists should take I-94 exit 307A. At the end of the ramp (68th and Dixon Street), continue west on Dixon St. (paralleling freeway) to 76th Street. Turn west onto 76th Street. From the west, motorists should take I-94 exit 306. At the end of the ramp (84th and Kearney Street), continue east on Kearney (travel past the Pettit Ice Center-paralleling freeway) to 76th Street.

The lot is located in the southwest corner of 76th and Kearney streets just south of I-94.
