US 2/WIS 13 Intersection improvement - Traffic impacts

Note - Construction is scheduled to start in 2012 on this project so until then there are no traffic impacts to report on.

When construction does start, the improvements will take place with single lane closures. No detours are planned for this project.

  • 59 vehicles per hour entering the roundabout and making the movement from southbound WIS 13 to westbound US 2.
  • 375 vehicles per hour entering the roundabout and making the movement from southbound WIS 13 to eastbound US 2.
  • 83 vehicles per hour entering the roundabout and making the movement from eastbound US 2 to northbound WIS 13.
  • 259 vehicles per hour bypassing the roundabout while traveling eastbound on US 2.
  • 165 vehicles per hour bypassing the roundabout while making the movement from westbound US 2 to northbound WIS 13.
  • 93 vehicles per hour entering the roundabout while traveling westbound on US 2.
