WIS 23 expansion study - Environmental Impact Statement

Draft EIS | Locations of printed copies

The WIS 23 study Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) has been published.

Public hearings were conducted January 5, 2005, to give the public an additional opportunity to provide input.

The Final EIS (FEIS) for WIS 23 was produced in late 2006. Early 2007 the Federal Highway Administration released a Record of Decision (ROD) and the selected alternative may proceed to final design and construction.

Due to size limitations, not all files have been posted to this site. Printed copies of the complete DEIS are available at various locations for public review. Copies of the DEIS are also available for purchase for $45 plus $5 shipping and handling from the WisDOT NE Region office in Green Bay.

The following documents are in Adobe PDF PDF format.
(Note: Some files are large and may take longer to download depending on individual connection speeds. Users may need to zoom in to see details.)
