December 2006	Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) is submitted to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for approval.
February 2007	Public hearing and open comment period held for DEIS.
June 2007	Corridor is selected.
February 2, 2009	Public information meeting (PIM).
Summer 2009	Preliminary (30%) design plans complete.
Winter 2009/2010	Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) approval.
Fall 2010	Public hearing for official mapping.
2010 or later	WIS 15 competes for major funding for construction versus other projects statewide every even-numbered year.
