Low speed - neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV)

Wisconsin neighborhood electric vehichle (NEV) low speed Issued for neighborhood electric vehicles (NEV) that meet certain standards for low-speed vehicles under federal law and must have a certification label stating that the vehicle meets those standards. A golf cart or low=speed vehicle powered other than by an electric engine is not considered a NEV.
