	Authorizes the hauling of property. May require permit fee payment. Must have insurance filed with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Human service vehicle

Low speed - neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV)
	Issued for neighborhood electric vehicles (NEV) that meet certain standards for low-speed vehicles under federal law and must have a certification label stating that the vehicle meets those standards.
