- Order a printed copy by calling the Wisconsin Department of Tourism at (800) 432-8747 or order online
- To obtain two or more printed copies, fax the request form DT1953 to (608) 246-5632 or send the form as an email attachment to mgt.dbm@dot.wi.gov
Wall maps
Plastic state wall maps are also available. Unlike the pocket maps, a fee is charged for wall maps. To order:
- Download, print and complete the maps and documents order form.
- Make checks payable to Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
