Recent selections

Selection information is available for projects included in quarterly design solicitations. Selection information was updated October 6, 2008.

Selection Listing (July 23, 2008) (Statewide Qualified Roundabout Designer & Specialty Master Contract)

Selections for the design solicitations are published generally within 6-7 weeks after the Notice of Interest forms (NOIs) are due: May selections are published in mid-July, August in mid-October, November in mid-January, February in mid-April.

This report:

Includes dates showing when firms are selected for work and the contract is executed
Is revised twice a month
Includes contract short lists
Removes contracts two months after they are executed

Interview lists for solicitations will also be published on the WisDOT Web site as soon as they are available. Firms will receive letters from the region/bureau as to the location and time for the interviews.

Contract awards

List of contract awards by project and by firm are published with each quarterly design/related services solicitation. Updates for the current year are done by quarter.

Only authorized contracts are listed in the report. Contracts in negotiation or waiting for authorizations to proceed are not included. These reports do not represent all active contracts, only those approved during the given time periods.
